Villa Mirti — Stylish Cretan Living, Steps from the Sea

Wake up to the sound of the Cretan Sea. Villa Mirti is a sleek, design-forward retreat just 30 metres from the beach — where modern comfort meets the unhurried rhythm of Cretan life. Spread across 142m², the villa accommodates up to 8 guests in four private en-suite bedrooms, surrounded by a lush tree garden and a shimmering shared pool.
Whether you're here for lazy mornings on the balcony, long dinners under the stars, or salty afternoons straight from the sea — Mirti is your perfect base.

The space
The fully equipped kitchen has everything a home cook could need: refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and complete cookware and cutlery. The open living and dining area features a flat-screen TV and flows naturally to the outdoor spaces. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available for longer stays.
On the first floor, two bedrooms offer restful retreats — one with a twin bed and private shower, one with two single beds and a shower. Head up to the attic and you'll find two more bedrooms, both with twin beds, en-suite showers, and fitted wardrobes, plus balconies with sweeping views over the Cretan Sea.
