Luxury Penthouse Apartment in Medieval Todi

Perched on the top floor of our beautifully restored 12th-century palazzo, the Barn Owl Apartment is a luxurious one-bedroom penthouse offering complete privacy, breathtaking panoramic views across the Umbrian countryside and Todi's terracotta rooftops, and an intimate boutique stay unlike any other.

Occupying the entire top floor of Nido di Gufi, the Barn Owl Apartment is our most private and tranquil retreat.

Bathed in natural light from all four sides- a rare luxury within the historic centre of a medieval Italian town- this beautifully curated penthouse has been thoughtfully designed to create a feeling of calm, restoration and connection.

Step onto your private terrace with a morning espresso as the sun rises over the Umbrian hills, or enjoy a glass of Montefalco Sagrantino as the rooftops of Todi glow beneath the evening sky.

Every object has been carefully chosen to create an environment that feels elegant, timeless and deeply comfortable. Original architectural features blend seamlessly with modern amenities, making the apartment equally suited to a romantic weekend, an extended holiday, or a longer stay while exploring Umbria.

The Barn Owl Apartment offers the perfect balance of historic character, contemporary comfort and complete privacy.
