Other Things to Note
Ship-Shape Balcony: To maintain the building’s refined appearance, we kindly ask that no items (towels/clothing) be hung over the balcony railing.

The Coastal Breeze: We recommend keeping screen doors closed when the AC isn't running to enjoy the salt air while keeping our local seagulls at bay.

Quiet Hours: To respect the peaceful maritime atmosphere, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Please notice that Early Check-In and Late Check-Out requests remain subject to final operational approval. In rare operational circumstances beyond our control, this service may become unavailable and any associated fees will be fully refunded.

Availability may be affected by maintenance, repairs, building policies, or circumstances outside our control. We’ll provide updates and help when possible, but continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.
