Beautiful apartment with sea views located in the heart of the old town of L’Escala, one of the most charming areas of the Costa Brava. Its privileged location allows you to enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere just a few steps from the seafront promenade, restaurants, shops and leisure areas, as well as the town’s main beaches. The accommodation is ideal for families or small groups, with a capacity for five people, and combines comfort, functionality and a welcoming atmosphere.
The apartment is laid out on one single floor and features a bright living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay. The living room has a sofa and TV, and provides direct access to a pleasant sea-view terrace furnished for outdoor enjoyment. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring comfort all year round.
It has two well-separated bedrooms: a suite-style bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with shower, and a second bedroom with bunk beds made up of two single beds, ideal for children or young guests.
