It is located opposite the beach of Bussoleries, 8 minutes walk from the village of Sion s/l'océan, small seaside resort of St Hilaire de Riez, and 9 minutes by car from the train station of St Gilles.
Neat decoration, convertible bed 160X200 cm, "rapido" system, very easy to unfold and close. Very good quality mattress (no need to remove the seat cushions and easy opening). Very good quality mattress, density 55kg/m3. A 3rd bed is possible thanks to a 92x196 cm armchair (for a weight of max 80 Kg). Placed in the loggia, it can be easily moved as needed.
The studio is on the 2nd floor with elevator. The apartment has a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, 3-burner hob, microwave grill function, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, nespresso machine, toaster, crockery, cutlery, utensils, etc...

Other information for travellers:
- I welcome you to give you the keys and introduce you to the apartment. Being either on site or generally 1H30 from the studio, I try to adapt to your arrival time. Reachable by mobile phone and email.
- Cleaning must be done by the travelers.

- A certificate of holiday liability insurance will be required (provided free of charge by your insurer) in support of a seasonal rental contract, as well as a deposit of €400 (not cashed and returned within 15 days).
