Welcome to Villa Tsounati, the heart of the Arbora Olea Luxury Villas complex. Perfectly positioned between the other two villas, this 190 sqm residence offers a balanced combination of privacy, tranquility, and refined luxury living.
Designed to host up to 11 guests and 4 infants, Villa Tsounati is an ideal retreat for families and groups. The villa includes four spacious bedrooms with queen-size beds, each complemented by its own en-suite bathroom. One bedroom features a double sofa bed for additional flexibility, while a guest WC at the entrance and the option for an extra bed in the living room ensure maximum comfort for all guests.
The interior spaces are thoughtfully designed with a modern aesthetic and warm touches. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals with ease, while the elegant living room provides a comfortable setting for relaxation. An indoor fireplace (available at an extra cost for wood usage) enhances the cozy atmosphere during cooler evenings.
Step outside to discover a truly unique pool experience. The upper-level heated pool (optional heating up to 27?C) incorporates a built-in plunge section for children, while its infinity-style edges cascade into a second swimming pool below via a beautiful waterfall feature. This layered design creates a serene and luxurious outdoor environment. A fully equipped barbecue area allows guests to enjoy memorable outdoor dining moments in complete privacy.
