Guests can access the home via the back door, using the provided code for the smart lock.

-If you are in town for the IronMan. The biking segment runs within walking distance to the house. Take your lawn chair and cheer them on!

**No unauthorized parties – $500 fine + immediate eviction



**No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes – $500 fine

**No loud outdoor music after 10 PM or before 9 AM – $100 fine



**No unauthorized guests – $500 fine per guest



**No fireworks/firearms – $2,000 fine + immediate eviction



**No glitter or confetti – $100 fine



**No street parking – $100 fine (Park in the driveway only)
