Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and many local restaurants, shops, and beach access points are just a short drive away. Biking is also popular in the area, with flat streets that make exploring the neighborhood simple and enjoyable.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

PLEASE NOTE:

- Mailbox access is not available for guests

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. (1 Max)

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Your safety matters. This property features a camera on the front of the home facing the driveway. The camera does not look into any interior spaces and records video and sound when motion is detected.
