Great host and hostess - location was a surprise but they helped get our bags up the hill. Really good music and dinners. Really good vibe.
The bed was very hard otherwise all good

The hotel is in a perfect location for skiing and it’s a wonderful clean place to stay.
Nothing.

the location was nice
I booked for my boyfriend’s birthday, and because of 20 minutes late checkout on the birthday day, without any information we needed to pay 1500 yen, the manager said that it’s written in the room book somewhere, BUT who read the hotel book???????
