We present Imperatriz 1A by Homie, located in the heart of Funchal, on one of the city's most emblematic streets, known for its excellent gastronomic offer, cafés and vibrant atmosphere.

This welcoming apartment is the ideal refuge for adults to take advantage of its central location, enjoying a truly practical stay in the city.

Upon entering, we are welcomed by a pleasant open-plan area, where the living room and dining area come together in a harmonious environment, decorated in warm tones that convey an immediate sense of comfort and well-being, creating the perfect setting for moments of rest after a day exploring the island.

In this same space, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils necessary to prepare your meals with complete convenience. However, if you prefer to simply relax, you will have at your doorstep a vast selection of restaurants and cafés, ideal for discovering local flavours without needing to travel.

The apartment also has a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, designed to provide peaceful and rejuvenating nights, complemented by a functional wardrobe that ensures organisation and practicality throughout your stay.

Imperatriz 1A by Homie is not just an apartment, it is an invitation to experience Funchal with comfort, style and the unique energy of one of its most iconic streets, where every detail transforms your stay into a memorable experience.

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its respective equipment. Damage, loss or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to the application of a damage fee, intended to cover costs of repair, replacement or extraordinary cleaning.

Since 2017, we have welcomed travellers from all over the world on our beloved island of Madeira, with the commitment to provide memorable experiences and excellent service.

We started as Madeira Sun Travel, a name that reflected the sun, comfort and welcoming spirit that has always guided us.

Over time, we realised that we wanted to go further: more closeness, more authenticity, more connection.

That's how Homie was born. More than a new name - a new way of being.

Each stay is thought through in detail to be special and welcoming. Each house has its own story. And each guest is welcomed like an old friend.

Beyond comfort and hospitality, we also provide, upon request, additional services such as car rental, activity bookings, personalised experiences and much more - all so you can make the most of Madeira.

Whether you're a traveller looking for a special spot or a property owner looking for someone to care for your home with dedication, you're in the right place.

Homie - Your home away from home, on the beautiful island of Madeira.
