The property is situated in the charming coastal town of Fonteblanda in Tuscany’s unspoilt Maremma region, a 7-minute drive from Talamone. The closest restaurant is a 5-minute walk away, and a supermarket is approximately a 2-minute stroll from the accommodation.

Perfect for nature lovers and beachgoers alike, the area offers beautiful sandy shores, crystal-clear waters, and easy access to Monte Argentario (a 25-minute drive) and the Maremma Nature Park (an 8-minute drive).

The closest beach is Spiaggia della Puntata, approximately a 15-minute walk away. Further afield, Osa (a 10-minute drive) and Feniglia beaches (a 30-minute drive) are ideal for families with shallow seabeds where the water slopes gently, and the pine forest behind provides natural shade for afternoon naps or picnics. For those who love snorkelling, Bagno delle Donne in Talamone is a 5-minute drive away and features a rocky cove with crystal-clear, emerald-coloured water, right beneath the town’s fortress.
