A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Spacious 4-Bedroom Home Near Bowling Green – Big Yard, Deck & More!
Enjoy plenty of space in this peaceful 4-bedroom home (plus a pull-out couch) with two living rooms, a large yard, deck, and patio—perfect for professionals or families needing a place to relax. The bathroom is newly remodeled, and the kitchen comes with a Keurig and K-cups for your convenience.
Located 10 minutes from Bowling Green State University, 5 minutes from I-75, and about 30 min. from Toledo, it’s easy to get around.
Other things to note
Things you should know:
- This house is over 100 years old and is newly remodeled! You will still see the original character in the hardwood floors upstairs.
- There is one queen bed and one queen pull out on the main floor. The other 3 bedrooms are up a steep set of stairs (railings on both sides). Please consider this when deciding to stay if you have mobility issues!
- Behind the woods out back there are train tracks. Trains pass rarely - 0-3 times a day - but can be loud for about 10 seconds when they pass, most especially if you're sitting on the outside deck. The inside of the house has thick walls in most rooms so you can't hear them as much indoors.
- The water heater is next to the kitchen and makes bubbling sounds when hot water is in use.
