We stayed here for the Indy 500 weekend and the location was perfect for everything we had planned. The place is right downtown, walkable to plenty of restaurants, and also an easy walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, which was great since we attended a Fever game while in town as well. It was also only about a 20-minute drive to IMS.Check-in and check-out were easy, and the free garage parking was a huge perk. The host was extremely responsive from before booking all the way through checkout, which we really appreciated.A couple things to note before booking: both bedrooms are somewhat open - one has a curtain instead of a door, and the other has a half wall - so just be mindful if full bedroom privacy is important to your group (wasn't a concern for us). Also, the main bedroom does get a good amount of street noise overnight, though that’s somewhat expected with a downtown stay during a major event weekend.Overall, we had a great stay. The donut/coffee shop right outside the building was a nice bonus, and the kitchen was stocked with a Keurig and coffee pods. No real complaints - book with confidence.
