This characterful stone house welcomes up to four guests in Soucirac, in the Lot. With the house, enclosed garden, private pool, bioclimatic pergola and parking entirely yours, there is space to slow down, share long lunches and enjoy the changing light across the countryside.

Inside, natural light, comfortable sofas and a 75-inch television make the living room an inviting place to unwind. The open kitchen lets you cook and spend time together without missing a moment. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi add everyday comfort.

Two bedrooms, two peaceful retreats
One bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second can be arranged as two single beds or a double bed with a mattress topper. Please tell us your preferred arrangement before arrival. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bed linen, bath towels and two tea towels are provided, together with a starter kit for the first needs of your stay. Please bring your own pool towels.

Your private infinity pool
The outdoor pool measures 11 × 3 m and is 1.50 m deep. A broad submerged step, approximately 30 cm deep, lets you relax in the water; there is no separate shallow pool. Spend the morning in the water, enjoy lunch under the pergola and watch the evening colours settle over the hills.

Pool heating is included from 1 May to 30 September. In April and October, pool opening and heating are available on request: a €100 initial heating charge, then €25 per night during your stay. Water temperature depends on the weather and cannot be guaranteed. The infinity edge increases heat loss, especially on cool nights. The pool is closed from November to March; any exceptional opening must be agreed in advance, subject to technical feasibility and weather, with a separate quotation.

A warm welcome
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out by 11 am. We prefer to welcome you in person and show you around. For late or overnight arrivals, a secure key box can be arranged. Please send your approximate arrival time the day before or on the day, then message us again 30–60 minutes before you arrive.

Private parking is available. A 7 kW electric-car charging point is available on request for €20 per night for the entire booked stay, for one vehicle.

The house is non-smoking and pets are not accepted. Please leave the property in a reasonable condition and respect the cleaning team and the peaceful surroundings.
