There is something special about marshfront living on the Crystal Coast. The marsh has a magic all its own—the grasses catch the sun and seem to glow from within, birds drift overhead on the breeze, and the landscape shifts gently with the tide. At The Marsh House, you get the best of both worlds: peaceful marsh views and easy beach access just a couple of blocks away.

This inviting Atlantic Beach getaway offers four bedrooms, two full baths, and two half baths, including a downstairs bedroom and half bath that create a more private, tucked-away space. Designed for relaxation, this home invites you to slow down and settle into the rhythm of the coast, with soothing marsh views and spacious indoor-outdoor living perfect for gathering, unwinding, and simply being present.

And when it’s time for the beach, everything is ready for you—guest use of beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella means you can spend less time planning and more time enjoying the coast. Let The Marsh House work its quiet charm.
