A house of character, full of soul.
It reveals all the charm of the old: period terracotta tiles, massive old doors, oak beams, timeless staircase and authentic fireplaces, in a warm atmosphere where modern comfort is discreetly integrated.
Nestled in the heart of the village, it nevertheless offers a walled park of 2,300 m² bordered by the river, with a furnished terrace.
A rare and enchanting setting, perfect for enjoying the end of the day.
The youngest will be able to enjoy the trampoline and the ping-pong table but also the hut - La Margade - built by my hands in tribute to my children
a hundred meters away is the Village bakery. Open every day except Mondays, it will be able to pay you local specialties including the puff pastry brioche. A little further on, about 200m away, you can go and drink a craft beer at the Luna brewery on weekends.
For nature lovers, the forest of Nanteau, famous for its mushrooms, is within walking distance.
Several hiking trails also cross the village and a short walk to the Thierry bridge, a Gallo-Roman bridge, allowing you to cross the Lunain, the local river.
Cycling enthusiasts will not be left out: mountain bike trails, road cycling, etc...
Nemours is 10-15 minutes away, Fontainebleau is 20-25 minutes away.
