Located in Quart, this 100 sqm country house welcomes up to 4 guests with stunning mountain views. You will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, along with a private well-equipped kitchen. The two-story property includes private WiFi, TV, washing machine, and a baby bed upon request. Instead of traditional air conditioning, the house features a fancoil system connected to geothermal energy that provides sustainable cooling similar to air conditioning, helping maintain comfortable temperatures during the day when windows and shutters remain closed during the hottest hours.

Step outside to your private covered terrace, ideal for enjoying the fresh air and your private grill. You also have access to shared outdoor facilities including a garden and outdoor pool for relaxing moments.

Shared parking is available within the premises. Up to 3 pets are welcome to join your stay. Smoking and events are not permitted on the property. This accommodation charges per person with a base rate for the first guest and additional fees for extra persons. If your group size is below the total capacity, access to all rooms and bathrooms is not guaranteed. Firewood, early check-in, and breakfast are available for an extra fee.
