The 120 m² villa is arranged on one level and filled with natural light. Large windows allow you to enjoy the sea views from most areas of the house. It features an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and sea view, one bedroom with two single beds, and a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. Important: On the same plot there is a small, separate studio where the owner stays occasionally for garden and pool maintenance. The studio is completely independent, with no shared spaces. Guests have exclusive use of the villa, pool, and outdoor areas, and privacy is fully respected at all times.
