Aitherion sits just minutes from Plakias and Preveli, and within walking distance of the Kourtaliotiko Gorge and its famous waterfall. The villa offers a private setting with wide views. Downstairs, two bedrooms and an open living area connect directly to the terrace and pool. Upstairs, a separate suite with its own entrance and panoramic terrace creates a natural split — ideal for sharing a stay while still having your own space. The layout adds flexibility for couples, friends, or families.

Set just outside the mountain village of Asomatos, Aitherion overlooks the Plakias valley from a quiet hillside position, with open views across mountains and sea. The atmosphere is calm yet open, shaped by fresh air and a natural sense of space.

THE SPACE

The villa is part of a small hillside collection of contemporary homes, designed to maintain privacy while creating a calm and well-kept setting. Each property is positioned to feel independent.

Aitherion is ideal for couples, friends, or families traveling together. You’ll find a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms — one with a queen size bed, the other with two single beds —, and a modern bathroom. Large sliding doors open directly onto the terrace, connecting the interior seamlessly with the outdoor space and private pool.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Life here naturally unfolds outdoors. The private pool sits in an open position with wide views across the valley towards the sea, while different seating areas — from the poolside terrace to the upper terrace — allow for both shared moments and quieter time apart.

LOCATION

Despite the peaceful setting, everything is close by. The seaside village of Plakias is just a short drive away, offering tavernas, cafés, and shops, along with easy access to beaches such as Damnoni and the palm-lined Preveli Beach. The nearby Kourtaliotiko Gorge adds a dramatic natural backdrop and is known for its striking scenery and ever-present wind.
