Big views. River days. Slow mornings on the porch.

Tucked near the Little Buffalo River outside Jasper, this spacious barn retreat was built for gathering. Designed with large families, friend groups, retreats, reunions, and memory-filled weekends in mind, this is the kind of place where everyone can spread out, slow down, and actually enjoy being together.

With 7 bedrooms, generous gathering spaces, and plenty of room both inside and out, the barn was made for group trips without feeling cramped or crowded. Whether you're spending the weekend floating the Buffalo, hiking nearby trails, celebrating a holiday, or simply escaping the noise for a few days, the property gives your group space to relax and reconnect.

Outside is where the magic really happens. A huge wraparound porch lined with swings and rocking chairs overlooks peaceful country views perfect for coffee at sunrise and slow evenings after a day outdoors. Spend your time grilling, soaking in the hot tub, gathering around the firepit, or taking the scenic walk down the wide mowed path to the river for a quiet afternoon by the water.

Inside, the barn blends modern comfort with rustic character. A spacious kitchen, cozy gathering areas, gas fireplace, walk-in shower, and carefully chosen touches create a space that feels warm, relaxed, and welcoming while still feeling elevated enough for a special getaway.

The base level was designed with comfort and accessibility in mind, offering step-free entry, wide doorways, a walk-in shower, and open kitchen and living spaces.

Guests love how private and peaceful the property feels while still being just minutes from town, hiking trails, waterfalls, floating, restaurants, and everything the Buffalo River area has to offer.
