Very clean without the toxic cleaner smells. Couch fold out was already made up and fairly comfy for one person and the patio was peaceful. The host lives above with kids but there was only some noise in the morning and not too early and not very long. The shower and bathroom is very small, larger ppl will need to consider. It was convenient to Victoria with a car and easy parking. Beautiful neighborhood too. The washer dryer was very much appreciated as well.
The shower leaks a lot and is very small.

A very clean and functional accommodation. We really appreciated the access to the yard and patio as well as the views all the way to Mt. Baker. As birders, the location next to a good birding spot was amazing.
The noises from the floor above can be heard quite clearly so this might not be the best option to those who like to go to bed early. On the otherwise comfortable bed, the pillows were massive, so they were a strain for the neck. The response times from the host were slightly slow.

It was clean. Bed was comfortable. The house is walking distance to the water.

3 of us (adults) were looking for a place to stay while exploring the area. It didn't need to be fancy as we were only planning to be there to sleep, not to cook or eat. It looked recently renovated and was clean. Lots of space to relax in. Close to Esquimalt Lagoon and Royal Roads University
Main problem was it advertises a "sofa bed." But it isn't a sofa bed but a sofa sectional. Extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. A few things that could be easily fixed: more comfortable pillows. more glasses
