The landlord, who was friendly and helpful was there to welcome me to the property. The neighbours at the front, were also very friendly and helpful. The shower room and the garden were both neat.
The property is an annex and on arrival
I was surprised to see that the property was a was a lot smaller than originally advertised. The landlord has assured me that he has now changed this to give a more accurate description of the property. The property also had a few teething problems which the landlord was mostly able to quickly fix.
