Very neat, clean, comfotable, well resourced and great value for money.
Curtains may be better than full blind for privacy while still having available exit. Felt needed sound proofing from main house.

Simple, clean room with attached bathroom. There was a lovely grevillea to look at in the front garden which was often full of birds.
Only two blocks from the beach, quiet location.
Maybe it would be good to have a non slip bath mat available.
