Bella Apartments - 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale

The location was very good - very close to the main train station and within a 5 minute walk to the Main Street with restaurants , museums and shops. The room is very modern and very well decorated.

I wasn’t given any instructions on how to enter the property, I had to text the owner many times asking how to get in, and called multiple times without an answer. Furthermore, the check in time was at 16:00: at 15:30 I asked if I could just leave my luggage’s in the room and come back at 16:00 for the check in, and when I came in at 15:30, the room was still dirty from the previous tenant. I texted them immediately saying we would be back for the check in, and I only received a message at 17;00 (1 hour after the check in time) if I could go back to leave them the keys so they could clean! That means they didn’t even know the room was still not ready, there was absolutely no communication between the cleaning team and the management team. Very bad organization regarding the management, had also to text asking for the WiFi password since there was no information given, algo no information on where to leave the keys for the checkout

Very responsive staff. Helped out when ac was not functioning properly. Fabulous location, central and accessible.

Would be better to comunícate that there is no elevator and that you have to take the stairs until the 4th floor.
