The apartment was very nice and it was simple to obtain the keys with very detailed instructions from the host. The host provided laundry detergent and although we didn't use the bikes, the host provided access to them which was much appreciated. The laundry rack on the balcony was a very useful ammenity.

Although communication with the host was good before and during our stay, it would have been nice to stop communication after check-out, since we had already moved on from the place; but that is more of a personal preferance and has nothing to do with the apartment itself. And the following point has no impact on the overall given score; it was my mistake of not realizing that the apartment had no air conditioning, so it became very hot, however the host has informed me that for next summer, one will be installed :)

Appartamento molto carino, ben arredato, comodo, spazioso e pulito. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.
