Hotel Shiva Darshanam

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Shiva Darshanam during my last visit to Varanasi with my family. The staff behaviour was good, and the hotel maintained cleanliness and hygiene. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the temple and nearby ghats. The hotel was also flexible regarding check-in and check-out timings, which made our stay more comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience, and I appreciate the hospitality of the hotel staff. With these few improvements, the hotel can make guests' stays even more comfortable and convenient. I wish the team all the best!

Areas for Improvement: A wardrobe or adequate space to hang and store clothes should be provided inside the room. An electric kettle with tea and coffee-making facilities should be available in the room. Tea should preferably be served in ceramic cups rather than disposable or other types of cups. Drinking water glasses should be provided in the room for guests' convenience.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful.

The location of the property is hard to find.

The stay was very comfortable and the best part was its location as it is near to Temple and Ghats. I found it worth trying and spent quality time there with family. The staff is very co-operative and rooms were clean.

Meals from hotel is very good.

Staff is cheating in waterbottles. My advice is hotel management make a bill and copy to customer as and botttle bottle taken. Complementary water bottles are also charged. They took Rs. 550/- for water. Bottles and for that also there is no bill.
