We really had a great experience, from the booking to the end of our holiday, the Host Andrea was amazing, she gave me all the information regarding parking, grocery store, transports and many more. Always available and prompt in her response to any questions, she made our stay so easy and lovely. Everything in the property was clean. It was really important for me to have a clean and nice place for my two children, we were also so happy to be able to travel with the cable cars since they are about 5min away from the property, an amazing experience for my children too since it was their first time. The apartment was bright, airy and clean. Lots of space. The overall presentation of the accommodation was very pleasant. Really good location and close to Custome House station. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Host was super helpful with pur last minute booking. She accommodated all our requests and even phoned to ensure all are fine. Check-in was easy and simple with clear instructions.

Clean apartment, equipped with every comfort, located a 10-minute walk from the Jubilee tube and DLR lines. Quiet neighborhood.
