It is the perfect gem of a getaway! The condo is beautiful and right on the beach! The hosts are amazing and the location is perfect! Right in the middle of 2 tourist destinations! We spent day trips to Daytona and St Augustine on the days we were playing on the beach! We did a little more exploring and found some great restaurants especially the little hole in the wall one!
It sucks that the laundry is laundromat style and you have to buy the card before you can use the washer and dryers. Also the elevator does not go to the parking lot level so if you have an armload of groceries you still have to walk the flight of stairs.

Great location, super close to the beach which was never crowded. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was spotless. The owners definitely thought of all the little things with this space! Even supplied all of our beach supplies which was a huge plus! The pool is great & the staff & residents at the complex were welcoming too! We will definitely stay again!
The only down side to the property is the parking lot. You have to walk up a set of stairs to reach the elevator from the parking lot, which made it a little harder for my elder that went with us, but that’s no fault to the owners of this location.
