Great location for our requirements as we were heading to Brighton for a concert. Dave our host was wonderfully friendly and helpful.

Right next to bus station, large room, comfy bed, amazing fan bc the room can get hot but the fan is amazing, nice owner. Great value for the stay.
Room was in perfect shape but bathroom could be a little cleaner, besides that it’s great.

Everything, particularly the hospitality of the owner.
Nothing.
