Once we were inside, the property was amazing and exceeded all expectations! We had no idea the views would be fantastic across the town over to the hills beyond. Everything in the apartment was to a very high standard and spotless.

The electronic key access did not work and we had to wait outside attempting to call the different contact numbers for 25 minutes before we could be given a new code to gain access. The emergency line did not pick up straight away. Our children had to sit on the step at the side of the property as we could not access the porch. Another resident informed us he has been buzzed before by others experiencing the same problem. A small but very important request, it was kind to supply dishwasher tablets but please store these OUT OF REACH as they were under the sink and in an open container. Fortunately I found these before my inquisitive toddler!

Some issues with the WiFi but the host was so responsive and got it sorted so very quickly which was brilliant.

The original post on booking.com said parking available - I think this meant on road - so while that was my error it was frustrating

There was never breakfast , in future l think you need to put at list few teabags in case we are very cold or just need a cup of tea 😄

We need curtain in The bedroom window I love the apartment, it’s amazing very clean. Besides let’s and curtain on the window it’s 5 Star 💯❤️❤️❤️❤️

The property was modern and clean and in a good location

We had difficulty accessing the key. The phone number listed on booking.com was incorrect. It would be useful to have a welcome folder with instructions as to what to do on check out etc
