The host was very helpful and communicated well throughout the stay. They were responsive, friendly and willing to assist whenever we needed help, which we really appreciated.
The stay was unfortunately made uncomfortable by the lack of hot water in the shower. Hot water is a basic expectation when booking accommodation, and having to shower without it significantly affected my experience. We hope management addresses this issue to ensure future guests have a more comfortable stay.
