Excellent host. Complimentary Saudi Qahwa and tea, along with some snacks (first time seeing this) and water, was a pleasing experience. The villa is spacious with three large rooms. One bedroom has an attached bath, while there are two bathrooms: one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. The yard is very pleasant, with plants and flowers that smell nice at night. There is an additional room (Majlis) with a large TV and a washroom. There were some card games as well. The swimming pool is good, and there were life jackets and some floaties as well. The villa is maintained very well. Cleanliness is excellent, with provision of toilet supplies. The guard is very cooperative; he sent the location of a nearby store should we need to buy anything.

The location is a bit away from the city. Better to carry your food and water as needed to avoid wasting time away from the villa. Mobile internet signals were unstable. But this does not count, as you want to spend time with family, not on social media. The pool water filtration system had better be covered to protect both equipment and people.
