Easy access and easy check in. Danny was great at communicating through the app. Large two bedroom apartment with washing machine and dryer. Not far from Hollywood, universal and Warner bros by car. Would stay again. Also easy and secure parking included in stay
we didn’t know how to work the air con - it was working and fine but we didn’t know how to change or turn off

Great location and very clean
The beds were so hard, it was like sleeping on the floor

Location, facility, very helpful staff even though he is not at the property.
Minor issues but the slow drain in the bathroom. Balcony had some bird droppings which we cleaned. A/C is loud.
