Дуже гарний, сучасний готель з гарним пляжем

На сніданок потрібно було виходити, йти десь минут 10, не дуже комфортно

Ein wunderschönes Haus. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Leider ist das Frühstück im Restaurant am Strand serviert worden und dort gab es kein Buffet sondern 5 Eiergerichte und Pancakes als Frühstücksauswahl. Bei einem Aufenthalt von mehr als einer Woche etwas schwierig. Der Strand ist den heutigen Partypeople angepasst, was etwas schade ist, denn er ist komfortabel ausgestattet. Die Herren der Beachbar entsprechen dem Partyvolk in der Freundlichkeit.

Die Lautstärke am Strand

The hotel is brand new, so the rooms feel fresh and modern. It’s not located directly at the beach, but that can also be a plus—it's nice and quiet, a bit away from the loud party scene at the beach area. Having sunbeds available at their beach club is very convenient in Ksamil, and we also liked having the choice between the hotel pool and the one down at the club. Breakfast was really tasty, and the staff at both reception and the restaurant were super nice!

Unfortunately, the spa wasn't finished yet during our stay. The free buggy ride to the beach is handy, but not very comfy for larger persons and the buggy only fits a few people there might be a wait. The bathrooms at the beach club were broken and poorly maintained.

Location. A 10min walk to the beach through a very dirty and un kept area. The photos look like it is close to the beach. No food is prepared in the hotel it all has to be transported for the beach restaurant nearly a kilometre away ! It’s a weird set up. The hotel is in the middle of a very rough area.
