G335 Place at SMDC Cheers Residences by Chyns Suite

I incurred a 3000p fine for parking in a seemingly reserved space! there was no guidance from management on parking nor was there any guidance in the house rules. Yet security of the subdivision clamped the wheel of the car without any warning or lenience to the situation at 4am in the morning. Its ok there are reserved places and it is ok there are parking rules, but the customer should be made aware of it. Very bad performance of the host! The solution is very simple, parking at clubhouse at a known cost. I reported the issue to the host but no reply!

Just give honest information about th parking situation1
