I was impressed with the app that they use. It gave us the freedom to come in and out without bothering the host or other guests.
There was a enough parking and we felt safe.
The fridge was good and spacious.
They asked out of themselves if they can clean the room after 2 days. I liked that.
The room is very comfortable, anything you need is there.
The bed was clean and it was a very good mattress.
Before we arrived the host did send us access to an app and on the instructions it said we are already registered. We just need to be in the bluetooth range. But when we arrived we could not use the app. I still had to phone the host for access. That was a bit confusing.
I did miss a Microwave bowl, there is a brand new Microwave but with no bowl it is difficult to use.
A toaster would have been nice, especially because we stayed for more than a few days.
There was a towel for drying the dishes but not a "lappie' to wipe clean the surfaces. We had to buy our own.

Great service from staff when booking in, great communication. The whole experience was super pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable. Living area and kitchen was well equiped and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend. I had a relative in the hospital and needed a place to stay overnight and this was super close.
