The location is perfect as it is close to the metro, Jiefangbei pedestrian, malls, restaurants, etc.. safe and convenient. Staff are nice and friendly.
I requested for a room on a higher level with nice view. They gave me a room on a lower level and the view from my room is the back of the next building.. lol.. Whenever I open the air conditioner, it smells cigarette smoke. I couldn’t sleep because of the cigarette smell. 😩

The receptionist team was very nice! Due to a typhoon in Japan, our arrival date was delayed by a day and they upgraded our room to compensate. We had a good view of liberation plaza from our hotel room! They were very patient with our questions and helped ship our luggage using SF express too. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers.

Muito limpo, excelente camas e ótima localização
A caída de água do banheiro entra no quarto e molha muito :/

Very central location, easy to get anywhere.
Staff was very helpful and very nice, there 24/7
There were a lot of bugs in the room, and the shower was constantly leaking outside of its door after just a couple minutes of usage.
The elevators were in a questionable state (some of them)
