Location , sitting in the sheltered sun on chairs, morning coffees
No gym.
Parking instructions could have been clearer as we got a fine as parked in the wrong place. I think if the staff had said ‘if you park in the wrong place you may be fined..’ would have helped to emphasise the exact location of the bays allocated.

Proximity to Hobart - most things within walking distance
Depending on which side you stay on you don’t really get a ‘view’ - we were just looking at the pier the Mona boats left from, not really a water view.
The rooms are so big but the bed was not.
Bath would be nice also.
