Apartment was very clean and neat, well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and a lovely big balcony that was great for drying clothes. Will definitely come back again on our next visit to Ostia!

Very clean, great apartment, good view

Well-equipped apartment with a large balcony offering a lovely view of the port. It is located in a secure residence with surveillance cameras and a security agent, in a quiet and pleasant area just a short walk from the beach.

The apartment was fine, but unfortunately the hospitality was not. Throughout our stay, we felt that the host was far more concerned about the apartment integrity and our dog's fur than about the guests themselves. We received multiple reminders about cleanliness before and during the stay, despite having always respected the rules and taken good care of the property. As a result, we never felt truly welcomed. After a very long journey to reach the accommodation, a warmer and more trusting approach would have been appreciated. The host's father who actually welcomed us in person, however, was extremely kind and welcoming, and his attitude stood in stark contrast to the overall communication we received. We left the apartment in excellent condition, but sadly the feeling of being treated as guests rather than potential risks was missing from this experience.
