Nicely decorated, very clean and had everything you need for a lovely stay. The biscuits, crisps and waffles were lovely and well appreciated.
The lock from the inside didn't look very secure, so maybe a chain or deadlock for a bit of extra peace of mind for solo travellers would be a nice touch.
The clasps on the window in the bedroom didn't lock no matter what position they were turned to. However, I understand that it's an old building so this may be limited if no changes can be made if its listed.

Spacious, well equipped and lovely welcome treats which were much appreciated .
Host went above and beyond to return a kindle that was left behind, which was so much appreciated. Great communication

Had a bit of difficulty finding the place but that was my fault for not reading instructions properly. Keys were easy to get. Load of extras in the flat which we did not expect I.e.tea coffee milk waffles and crisps very much appreciated. Everything supplied. Beautiful flat large living room/kitchen and bedroom. Thank you.
As far as I am aware I wasn’t told it was on the first floor. When we returned after being out had a bit of job to open door but had to pull handle then open. Also were unable to lock front door. Bed was a little low. No hand towel and no bath mat.

Good location, very tidy and super spacious.
The bed is very small and also weirdly very low. It's really too small for two average sized adults. I'm 5"11 and my feet hung over the end of the bed. The mattress is also very soft, and the pillows are not very good.
For the size room that the bed is in, it needs to be bigger. If the bed were improved, that would make it a fantastic apartment.
Moving luggage in and out of the apartment can only be done by stairs, so be aware if you have a lot of luggage.
