Lovely apartment and balcony to sit in the sun. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Fabulous location.

Very hard to find as there was no signage or house number. Google Maps based it further up the street. The entrance way was very dark. The place was very dusty and the floors needed better cleaning. The toilet had not been cleaned. It advertised to sleep 4 people but there was only 3 knives that were more for food preparation and not good to spread items. No tea spoons and no kettle to make tea or coffee. We had to use the stock pot to boil water then scoop it out. Not the apartments failing, but we didn't use the balcony as much as we would have liked due to the smell from the dog faeces and flies from the yard below. Poor dog!

We stayed at NOMA Apartment for 17 days. It mostly looks like the photos. The apartment is well-equipped for short-term living. The wifi speed is good. We enjoyed the balcony. And it started to feel like home towards the end. The location is fantastic! About 30m from one of the main streets with cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, and a short walk from the fancy "pedestrian streets". Despite it being so central, it was very quiet.

The photos don't show the exterior of the building and we were quite shocked when we saw it – very rugged (see photo). The view from the balcony was equally rough. However, neighbours were quiet and friendly and the area felt safe. The apartment wasn't very clean when we arrived. We had to clean up after the cleaners. The shower drain was also blocked so we bought drain cleaner to unblock it. The drain also smells on occasion, but I think that's common in Albania. Instructions to find the apartment weren't clear and the address on Google Maps isn't correct.

The hosts reacted very quick to all our questions. When we needed a few practical things for the apartment they brought them right away. The apartment is quite spacious and well equipped.
