The property was well maintained
The ice machine was behind locked doors, there was no phone in the room to call the office. There was a strong smell of cleaner in the room. The staff was rude. There was no breakfast as advertised. The office wasn’t even open to turn in my key upon leaving.

The staff was very friendly. Even called to make sure we were still coming. Rooms were clean and very comfortable.
It was late when we got there and it was 90° outside, unfortunately the air conditioner hadn’t been turned on so it took a little while to cool down the room. Also, we could not run the ceiling fan because we couldn’t turn off the light. I mentioned it to the staff the next morning.
Inconvenient, yes, but nothing that affected our stay.
