The hotel has beautiful installations, a very relaxing and well kept garden. The restaurant has decent pricing, and food is tasty. Hotel staff are always nice and helpful. The pool is a bit too cold, but the kids enjoyed it.
It is a bit noisy due to being located straight on one of San Miguel's main accesses. The parking lot is situated behind the property, and you have to route around it (over cobbly streets), so rolling the bags is not easy. There are many signs of lack of maintenance, i.e. old painting that's cracking and breaking inside the rooms.
