The apartment was true to the pictures - no unpleasant surprises. Maybe a bit modest but there was nothing wrong with it. The location is terrific - walkable distance from the historical centre on one side across the river, and to the Vatican on the other. Also there's a metro Line A stop a couple of blocks away. There is a supermarket downstairs. There are cafes and bars nearby. A few really nice places to eat out on the same street. For tourist visits to the city the location alone is a great selling point. Also the AC is a great positive. The host responded quickly to messages and checked in on us a couple of times to see if we needed anything. I appreciate that.

I'll have to be picky. The toilet seat wiggled a bit.

Fica somente a dica!!!!
