Brand new property, nicely designed, simple modern interior with exposed stone walls that are really nice. Bed is realy comfortable - Aircon units (x2) work well. What is exceptional about the property is its location - it is really near the Provencal Market (Best location in town, however it is really quiet both in the day and the evenings / night - no compromises on this. And 3 minute dawdle to the Picasso museum
Nothing that impacted the enjoyment of my stay

Wonderful location close to lots of shops and restaurants but on it's own quiet alley. Great A/c during Mid-summer heat. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Even extras like a beach umbrella and sand mats. It was great to have the in unit washing machine as well. Very clean!!!
Because of the location there weren't too many windows for natural light but it did keep the unit nice and cool. It had a brand new fancy door that was a bit tricky to figure out how to work but we got quicker at it the longer we were there.
