Omma Suites

The suites are brand new - modern, tastefully designed and well-equipped. The pool and outside areas (including gardens) are very attractive and enjoyable places to spend time. The staff were warm, friendly and extremely helpful (particularly Laura on reception). The rooms were cleaned more than once a day, even when we didn't request it, so everything was spotless and we always had clean towels, new coffee and water etc.

There are a few negative things about the property that are perhaps somewhat out of their control, but nevertheless affected our stay. The location is not the best - it's a pretty unattractive area off a surprisingly busy road (you could hear constant traffic all day) which had no pavement in places, meaning walking anywhere including the beach or town meant at least a short stretch using the side of the road. I'm no architect, but it seems that the layout of the property itself doesn't do much to maximise sunshine for most of the suites - it felt that most of the exterior areas were in shade for most of the day. Also the property has no on-site restaurant or bar (despite the Booking.com listing saying it has 2!), which meant that the breakfast, although varied, was prepared by an external caterer, presumably not cooked to order, and orders such as eggs always came out stone cold, which was a shame because otherwise they were tasty enough.

Beautiful property and amazing rooms. The staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly with their service. The food is also great, and can be delivered for you to enjoy in your room/terrace.

The only very minor negative is with regards to the location. It is an easy 10 minute walk into the main town which is great. However, there is a road that runs close to the accommodation creating road noise which is noticeable when you are relaxing in your outside space. You do however get used to it after the first day, and it is not noticeable inside.

We stayed at Omma Suites for five nights and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel and our room felt brand new, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed throughout. Our room was bright and comfortable, with excellent air-conditioning, a spacious modern bathroom, and a large private terrace overlooking the grounds, the sea, and the surrounding mountains — the view alone made it hard to leave. Manolis, the owner, was a warm and attentive host, and the service was excellent from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was a nice way to start each day. The location struck the perfect balance: close enough to walk to Elliniko restaurant and the center of Chora, yet far enough to stay quiet and peaceful at night. Easy on-site parking made it simple to explore the rest of the island by car. We loved our stay and would return without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quiet, and a genuinely welcoming host on Naxos.

Very nice, new, property. Nice private pool, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff

Nothing really to be added here
