Property great, location perfect for where we were visiting, barn cosy and welcoming everything you need is there.

Another stay here, and just as good as the last. Quiet rural location in modern private building with rustic charm. Local walks with village pubs or larger towns within easy reach by car. Wet room bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and clean throughout. Host very helpful and pleasant. No banging hallway doors in the morning as you would get in a hotel, just peaceful all day.

Quiet and convenient location for sleaford and area. Nice property with homely touches, includes modern wet-room for shower. Well looked after, clean and modern barn-type conversion. Good parking and local walks. Host friendly and helpful. Will stay again
