The property was lovely, newly renovated, clean, very smart. Area and restaurants worked well for Miami - great food (Graziano's, La Romanita and private lounge for weekend jazz, Korner 67) and easy to get to all Malls and airport.

Private house but shared property with renters which we were not away of. Inside kitchen was bare of cutlery or crockery, pots pans - All the drawers were completely empty except for wine glasses and some flower vases and a bullet blender, everything else was in outside kitchen and very basic with no dishwasher inside, no drying facility for washed up dishes. Drain smell in one room and bathroom, no usable furniture around the sofa like ottoman or coffee table, side tables or standing lamp and we watched movie every night after dinner out. pool heavily chlorinated, Kayaks needed parts.
