Lovely clean & well equipped annex, with on site parking. Ample toiletries & beverages with bottled water in the fridge. Selection of cooking appliances, kettle & iron & not forgetting the proverbial kitchen sink. Amazing & very efficient entry door handles complete with key pads, like nothing I've seen before, saves having the bother of a key. Considering the Annex is located on a housing estate, it is a very quiet location. The only external noise that I heard was when I had the window open & could hear the very relaxing sound of the owners water feature. Would stay at the Annex again

Perfect for my visit to Basingstoke, the annex was clean, very well kitted out, comfortable, safe and restful. Excellent instructions. Know where to stay next time I visit.
Nothing.

Super destination for a sole person travelling for work - convenient to the main roads but in a nice quiet residential area. Fully fitted out with a super range of kitchen equipment, a comfortable bed, and great use made of the bijou space.
Hosts were very helpful with excellent communication, even though I did not meet them in person. Being able to let myself in at a convenient time, and come and go without needing to enter a communal space was much appreciated.
The 'keypads' on the door handles were not immediately apparent, and the one on the door to the appartment didn't light up the numbers when the button was pressed, so took a bit of getting to grips with!
