Price was exceptional for this part of London in the conference season. Rooms and facilities fresh and clean. The bottles of water, pens and Emergency toothbrush/toothpaste were a nice touch and unexpected at the price.
It was a bit of a yomp from the Excel. Doable once you found the best route

Great location only few minutes walking from Excel and train station, in a very calm and quiet street. Easy check in, spacious room and comfortable bed. The bathroom, perfectly clean, especially the shower, could be a but tight if you re a bigger like myself. Fantasticly thoughtfull amenities like water, tooth brush and small toothpaste, slippers and also surprisingly amazing that you have iron with the rack in the room.
Above it all it is a great value for money, congratulations guys, as a host myself only praises for somebody who has really done a great job planning this accomodation and its services.

Was a great stay for a couple of nights, close to London Excel, although a bit sketchy walking there at night, but Bolt taxis were only £6-7.
Water, toiletries, toothbrush and paste (I only had a bottle of water), fan, iron and annoying to put up ironing board, charging cables, hairdryer and brushes. This was a great addition for the price. Tea coffee sugar etc in kitchen, although I did take my own.
I had no quilt, just a duvet cover. Woke up cold both nights and had to put socks and clothes on to warm up. The clocks battery had also stopped.
I was on the highest floor... 33 steps to my room, which was fine if I wasn't carrying my luggage.
